1. Services

Mohammad Rafat offers design, development, brand strategy, and digital product services. All services are delivered per written agreement. Timelines, deliverables, and revisions are defined in individual project proposals.

2. Payment

All projects require a deposit before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion. Digital products purchased via third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of custom deliverables. Mohammad Rafat retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and promotional materials unless stated otherwise.
